A single application is made on behalf of all partners participating in the project, and the applicant is called the coordinator institution. The number of partners is at least 3 and at most 6. The duration of the project can be at least 12 months, maximum 36 months. Strategic Partnership Projects may include various activities depending on the size and scope of the project. Strategic Partnership projects can include small-scale collaborations focusing on the exchange of knowledge and experience, or large-scale projects focusing on the production and exchange of innovative outputs. If the project has been approved, a grant agreement is signed between the National Agency and the beneficiary whose project has been approved. That is, each school signs a contract with the national agency in its country. Both the coordinator and the beneficiaries have duties and responsibilities in the project. Every organization should fulfill its responsibility. All partners act in line with the plans specified in the application form during the project process. Awareness is raised about the project activities, outputs and impacts by disseminating the contributions made during the project process. Related activities continue until the end of the period.
