1st MEETING: ITALY (5 -9 November 2018) MEETING PURPOSE: STRATEGIC PLANNING OF THE PROJECT A total of 18 people attended the meeting held for the strategic planning of the project. The purpose of this meeting was to decide on issues such as how strategic activities are carried out to ensure that the project runs effectively. Since it was the first meeting, the presentations of the schools were watched. The country, city and school were promoted. The Education System of each country was presented and the differences were discussed after the presentation. The project schedule was reviewed, the trainings and activities to be carried out during the project were discussed, and the training activities to be carried out for students, parents and teachers during the project were discussed. During the project, a decision was made about the activities to be carried out, using social media accounts, etwinning, registering students to the twinspace, and using web and social media accounts. LTT participants were involved in the planning as they managed the project in their own schools, and they learned about each step of the project. It was decided that other project teams in the school would work in this direction. Eşrefoğlu Primary School counselor Ali Kültekin gave a seminar on "the use of the d2 test to be applied throughout the project." Participants learned how to apply the test, how to interpret it and the issues that need attention. Eşrefoğlu Primary School brought and gave 50 pieces of d2 test for each partner school. Participants visited the school and got information about the school. Thanks to this meeting, new cultures were learned. The participants met and a good friendship started between them. ………………………………………………………………………………. 2nd MEETING: SPAIN (18-22 FEBRUARY 2019) MEETING PURPOSE: TO BE USED FOR STUDENTS RECEIVE TRAININGS RELATED TO COGNITIVE GAMES Participants first looked at the good practices regarding cognitive games in this school. The students on duty took the participants to the points created in the form of stations and gave information about the games. The workshop was held: teachers about which cognitive games to play learned this game practically. It was decided how the students would play and how the competitions would be held. Each school introduced 2 games. The rules of the game were explained and demonstrated in practice. Each school gave each other 2 games as a gift. It was decided to use Web 2 tools. One person from each partner school gave information about the web 2 tools to be implemented in the project. Considerations in using eTwinning were discussed. It was discussed how to determine the ICT skills of the students required for the next meeting. Jesus Oliveros Beret, the winner of the project logo competition, was met. The teacher, who will organize the chess tournament to be held in the next period, gave information on this subject. He explained the tournament rules and how to do it. In the school, different methods applied to attract students' attention were learned. In addition to the Flamenco show performed by students and parents, all participants went to a Flamenco dance school and took dance lessons. Thus, a different culture was learned all together. ……………………………………………………………………….. 3rd MEETING: CYPRUS (13-17 MAY 2019) MEETING PURPOSE: EDUCATION ABOUT DIGITAL GAMES The meeting had two general objectives: the first was to have information about digital games and applications and to direct the students accordingly, and the other was to evaluate mental games and discuss the development of ICT skills. This meeting helped everyone to learn about different applications, programs and games. With Workshop Studies, participants learned how to use Kahoot, ScratchJr, Pic Collage, picart, dojoclass and Quizlet in the classroom. They have learned to sign in using digital games or apps on their own. Participants attended a seminar on how to use these applications in the classroom, communication and collaboration issues in computer games. With the workshop, it was learned how to make robotic coding for students with LEGO Educatıon We Do Program. It was learned how to benefit from the sites of Pixabay.com, pexel.com, unsplash.com. It was decided how digital games and tournaments would be made and how to match them with students in the competition. The chess tournament to be held at the end of this period was discussed and decided. Participants who improved their presentation skills, self-presentation, communication and cooperation, teamwork, and tolerance, left this meeting well-equipped, while they developed empathy, language skills and learned a new culture. In addition, evaluation of the first year meeting results and planning of the activities of the upcoming meeting were also made. …………………………………………………………………………………………………………………… 4.th MEETİNG :TURKEY (23-27 September 2019) THE OBJECTIVE OF THE MEETING: TO LEARN AND APPLY TURKISH CRAFTS AND OTHER ATTENTION-IMPROVING ARTS At the beginning of the art-themed meeting, the students of the project held a welcoming ceremony, dancing the partner countries with their partner country costumes and flags. After the ceremony, the medals of the winners of the previous chess tournament were given to the students' teachers. Attention-raising arts as well as Turkish Handcrafts were taught to the participants through the workshops held during the meeting. While learning these arts, comparisons were made with the arts of other countries. Turkish Handicrafts such as marbling, wool felt, felt fabric, relief, pumpkin painting, wooden spoon painting, knitting were taught to the participants practically in the workshops held every day at the school. Attention-enhancing arts such as quiling, origami, op-art, mandala, and macrame were learned so that each participant was able to create a product using materials. Participating teachers were gifted with all the materials and materials they could use in the arts they learned. Konya Metropolitan Municipality Tile Workshop was visited and the tile construction phase was learned. The stages of transforming natural products into art were learned by going to Sille Nature School. Pottery making stages were followed in the pottery workshop in the sill. The martyrdom museum was visited and examples of miniature art were seen. By going to Cappadocia, china workshop, silk fabric workshop, carpet weaving workshop, marble workshop were visited and presentations were watched. Participants visited the historical and cultural places of Konya. They got to know Turkish Culture with the Turkish night organized for them. …………………………………………………………………………………………. 5th MEETING: GREECE (20-24 JANUARY 2020) THE OBJECTIVE OF THE MEETING: TO HAVE KNOWLEDGE ABOUT MUSIC, ORFF SYSTEM Meeting participants attended the seminar on music-kinesthetic education (Orff system) held at the school. They attended workshops on topics such as music games, musical writing, walking to the rhythm, start-stop, audio story presentation. They watched the show of reviving Greek mythologies with music. Another seminar at the school was “Designing Musical Instruments.” Musical instruments were created using recyclable materials. Musical instruments such as Tiny Bells, Horn and Maracas were designed with the station work. Participants participated in the drama game "Four seasons". It was learned how to play this game with students and how to integrate it into the music lesson. One seminar at the school was the "presentation of a sound story". The presentation of the school's music teacher was watched and the classes in the school were visited. Students' presentations were watched in the classrooms specially prepared for each country. The musical presentation of the Municipal Philharmonic Orchestra that came to the school was watched. Participants divided into groups during the Nikos Kazatzakis Museum visit attended the practices. A visit was made to the Museum of Musical Instruments "Thirathen". Presentations on musical instruments and their use were watched. During the workshop, rhythm instruments suitable for students' design were designed and rhythm games were learned. Presentations about the Traditional Cretan Wedding were watched in the village of "Arolithos". The dramas were attended. ………………………………………………………………………………………. 6th VIRTUAL MEETING: ROMANIA (1-6 FEBRUARY 2021) THE PURPOSE OF THE MEETING: LEARNING TRADITIONAL CHILDREN'S GAMES AND EVALUATING THE PROJECT The last mobility targeted in the project could not be realized in Romania due to Covid 19. Instead, virtual mobility was used. Teachers from 6 partner schools participated in the studies for 6 days. A multi-participant symposium was also held among these works. A preparatory meeting was held before the mobility. The mayor of Lolamita attended the opening ceremony of the virtual mobility of the project. They shared videos and presentations promoting each partner school country, city and school. Partner schools prepared two traditional games each to increase the attention of the students. They presented these games. Later, they shared their wordwall and learning Apss games about games. On the day of culture, partner schools presented their traditional clothing and music. Each country offered its own recipe for a traditional dish. A cultural book was created altogether. Partner countries introduced countries through each other's eyes. An intercultural dictionary was prepared together. The words used in daily life were written in the language of the partner countries. In addition, a virtual tour promoting Romania was held. At the international symposium, each country presented a scientific paper based on methods of identifying and resolving the attention deficit. Some experts from Romania also contributed to the symposium. Documents have been completed to obtain an Erasmus + digital competence certificate.
